The East Haddam Senior Center will host a Volunteer Appreciation Day on March 25, 2012.

Why not plan to join your friends and neighbors  on Sunday, March 25 when the East Haddam Senior Center hosts a Volunteer Appreciation Reception.

This is an opportunity for residents to say thank you for all the volunteers who make East Haddam the place we love.

The Emergency Management Committee, Fire Department, Police, Ambulance Association, the Lions, and Community Lions, Rotary and Garden Club have all been invited.

Each organization will have the opportunity to talk to us about their mission.

The reception is from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Senior Center, located at 15 Great Hillwood Road.

Refreshments will be served.
