The Hale Ray Boys Soccer team hosts an eight-team soccer jamboree at the Nathan Hale Ray High School in Moodus, CT (East Haddam) on Saturday, Aug. 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., on the lower soccer field.
The East Haddam Soccer Club will also play some scrimmages with their youth players beginning at 9 a.m.
Come and support the soccer program in East Haddam by watching some games and stopping by the concession stand for food and beverages.
A booth will be open with cleats and other items for sale by the Oakwood Pro Shop.

The kindergarten-Grade 1 program will be held on Saturdays from 8-9 a.m. at Nichols Field from Sept. 14 – Oct. 19, 2013. This program focuses on fundamental skill building; there are no formal teams.
Grade 2-5 players will be randomly assigned to teams and practice one night per week, beginning the week of Sept. 9. Games will be played on Saturday afternoons, Sept. 14 – Nov. 2, 2013.
If you’re interested in coaching youth soccer, Parks & Recreation is planning to offer a few coaching clinics prior to the start of the season. If interested in coaching, please call Tiffany at the Recreation office at 860-873-5058.
Adult co-ed soccer
Adult Soccer combines a healthy amount of competition with a great time! Open to all East Haddam residents, age 18 and older. We play year round! Registration is open to adults, and will run through October.

Play Sundays from 6 to 8 p.m. (age 18 and older) at the upper soccer field at the high school. Registration is $20 per player, per season. Join at any point during the season.
